ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of nine. My State Farm journey began as a team member, where I worked my way toward agency ownership. State Farm has also always been part of my family - my mom was a State Farm agent as well. Outside of work, I’m a former Division I volleyball athlete and have been married for 19 years with two daughters. My athletic background has played a big role in the competitive, team-oriented approach I bring to the agency.
Giving back is at the heart of what we do. I founded Impact 249, a nonprofit focused on serving our local community, and our team stays involved throughout the year. From Mother’s Day and Father’s Day events to our Back-to-School Bash, Trunk or Treat, Thanksgiving pie giveaways, and Photos with Santa, we love creating opportunities to connect with and give back to the families around us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Caley Baillio - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
